As Front Desk Supervisor you will play a crucial role in mentoring our innovative TEAM deliver upscale customer service and ensuring unettable guest experiences.
  • This position is primarily evening, but a candidate with flexibility for other shifts/days is preferred

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring consistent adnce to Hyatt brand standards Support team members through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution Manage billing, accounts, and financial reporting accurately and efficiently Utilize Opera Cloud (or similar property management systems) to oversee reservations, check-ins/outs, and account reconciliations Serve as a point of escalation forplex operational issue and decision-making in the absence of management Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions independently
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk operations or guest service role Strong billing and accounting skills;fort with reporting and reconciliation Professional demeanor andmitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Excellent leadership,munication, and coaching abilities Ability to prioritize, make decisions independently, and problem-solve using available resources
Preferred:
Prior experience with Hyatt properties or other luxury/boutique hotels Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS Experience training and developing front desk teams Inpliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and toplete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire This position is at a location w Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party managementpany that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
