$17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Guest Service Agents, Night Auditor Job Summary Lead the front office at Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield and make sure every guest gets a high level of service from arrival to departure. You'll oversee the front desk, reservations, guest service, and night audit, anticipate guest flow, and plan ahead for arrivals, departures, and parking. You'll also be responsible for sellout efficiency, guest satisfaction (SALT), and ancillary revenue. Essential Job Functions Supervises front desk staff, including hiring, performance evaluations, training, and development Maintains Hampton brand and Shamin guest service standards Achieves budgeted revenues and expenses for the front office Manages reservations to maximize occupancy and ADR through suggestive selling Maintains procedures for credit control, cash handling, and financial transactions Maintains procedures for guest security and emergency response Handles guest complaints and ensures corrective action is taken Schedules staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy Ensures staff cross-sell other Shamin Hotels properties Recognizes team members who use their empowerment to exceed guest expectations Manages in compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws Performs other related duties as required Top Requirements Team Up, Own It and Passionately Serve!
