water, we're also committed to bringing clean water to one million people in Africa. Waterpark Front Desk & Revenue Manager Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Front Desk & Revenue Manager . In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating aspects of the Waterpark, including direct oversight of the Waterpark Front Desk and Guest Services operations. This includes accurate transaction processing, exceptional guest service, and managing, tracking, and reporting revenue for Waterpark operations. You'll focus on maximizing current revenue streams while seeking, implementing, evaluating, and managing additional revenue opportunities to enhance profitability and the overall guest experience. You'll also oversee the operations at the Waterpark Front Desk both indoors and outdoors. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll enhance the guest and associate experience by ensuring exceptional service delivery through effective team leadership, prompt issue resolution, and a welcoming environment. •Position starting as early as September. •Salary Range - $55,000 - $65,000 Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the Waterpark Front Desk and Guest Services team, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze revenue trends across the Waterpark to inform pricing strategies, staffing models, guest service enhancements, and Cabana rentals and premium seating. Implement and manage upsell programs, package offerings, and point-of-sale opportunities that align with guest needs and revenue targets. Train and develop Front Desk and Guest Services team members to uphold service standards and support revenue-focused initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Marketing) to align Waterpark revenue strategies with broader resort goals. Experience with point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS), and revenue management tools. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training in events/experience management. 1-2 years of prior experience in a Supervisory/Management position, preferably leading front-line guest service teams. Previous hospitality or guest resolution experience. Experience with point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS), and revenue management tools. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time effectively, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software systems including Excel. Bachelor's degree in business/Hotel Management preferred but not required.
