Job Description
The Comfort Suites Hotel of Stevens Point has an open position for a Maintenance Manager. This Manager will be responsible for the building and equipment condition and operation.
Requirements:
- Must work a mix of day shifts 8AM to 4PM and weekend evening shifts 2PM to 10PM.
- Follow an on-call schedule when not on property.
- Follow all hotel guidelines and checklists to ensure hotel systems are monitored on a regular basis.
- Must have knowledge of indoor pool operation.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, light plumbing, electrical, and drywall work.
