Develop and execute strategic plans to meet regional sales targets, operational goals, and profit objectives. Analyze financial data using Excel and other tools to monitor profit & loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective resource allocation and process improvements such as lean management techniques. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth within the region. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements and operational best practices. Collaborate with executive-level teams to align regional strategies with overall corporate objectives while communicating managerial decisions clearly across all levels. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained by supervising team performance and addressing client needs proactively. Lead project management efforts for new initiatives or expansions within the region, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Promote team development through strategic planning for talent acquisition, training programs, and leadership succession planning. Qualifications Proven experience in management roles with a focus on business management, operations management, or similar fields. Demonstrated ability in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and data-driven decision making using Excel or comparable tools. Strong project management skills with a track record of leading operational improvements and process enhancements. Excellent team management capabilities including supervising diverse teams, developing talent, and fostering leadership at all levels. Effective communication skills suited for managerial communication with both frontline staff and executive teams. Experience in sales growth strategies, customer service excellence, and business development initiatives. Knowledge of lean management principles and operational best practices to streamline processes. Ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.
