Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Night Hotel Manager to lead our overnight operations 11pm-7am and ensure a seamless guest experience during the night shift. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management after hours, maintaining guest service standards, and ensuring the safety and security of the property. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a welcoming environment for guests, and uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong managerial skills and a passion for hospitality to make a significant impact during the night hours. Duties Oversee all nightly hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, security, and maintenance to ensure smooth functioning throughout the shift Supervise and manage hospitality teams working overnight, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff Ensure compliance with hotel guest service standards and resolve any guest issues promptly to maximize satisfaction Manage night audit procedures, including financial reconciliation and reporting using property management systems (PMS) Oversee safety protocols and security measures to protect guests, staff, and property during nighttime hours Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, training, and performance management for night shift employees Monitor revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability during overnight periods Maintain effective communication with day staff to ensure continuity of operations and relay important updates or issues Handle emergency situations swiftly by coordinating with local authorities and emergency responders when necessary Manage hospitality operations budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial operations align with company policies Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership roles, especially overseeing nightly operations Supervisory experience managing hospitality teams in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), revenue management tools, and property management software Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence and guest relations Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on hospitality standards and guest services Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Join us as our Night Hotel Manager to lead our overnight team with energy and enthusiasm!
