Apply and join our team today! We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Wedgewood Resort! Qualifications

• 1 year Housekeeping experience required
• 1 year Inspecting experience required
• 1 year leadership experience required
• Strong customer service skills and knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, to include assessing needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction
• Able to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., including up and down stairs
• Able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and moving the whole body, to include, but not limited to, standing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, kneeling, reaching, tugging, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and climbing and descending stairs Core Responsibilities Set positive an professional example for other employees regarding appearance, enthusiasm, attitude, attendance and conduct Provide training and coaching regarding attendance, performance and behavior standards Supervise employees regarding work requirements and adherence to work schedules, policies and procedures Inspect hotel rooms and public areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness meets FDI standards Provide training and leadership to housekeeping employees regarding performance and company cleaning standards Communicate with other hotel employees and managers as needed to meet guest's needs and maintain smooth operation of hotel functions Operate company vehicle and transport employees and supplies around the resort property as needed (Wedgewood only) Observe health and safety precautions required to protect people, and hotel and guest property Report damage, theft, and found articles to management All other duties as assigned Benefits • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance

Hours:

Approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends
