Duties Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and adherence to quality standards Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures and safety protocols Manage cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize efficiency and service quality Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and industrial cleaning procedures across all areas Perform custodial tasks as needed, including laundry management and detailed cleaning of high-touch surfaces Identify maintenance issues during inspections and report them promptly for resolution Maintain detailed records of inspections, cleaning logs, safety checks, and staff supervision activities Experience Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management Supervising experience in a commercial or industrial cleaning environment is highly desirable Strong background in team management and staff supervision within a janitorial or hospitality setting Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management protocols Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning tools and equipment Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively Prior customer service experience in a hospitality or related industry is a plus Demonstrated leadership in managing custodial teams or housekeeping staff with a focus on quality assurance Join us as a Hotel Room Inspector to play a pivotal role in delivering spotless rooms that delight our guests!
