Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial cleaning, hospitality, or custodial services. As a Housekeeper inspector , you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness will contribute significantly to our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards. Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently, ensuring all tools are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations. Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests for additional items or services. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping inspection a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Be able to perform under stressful situations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
