Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and professionalism. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery Develop and implement cleaning protocols that meet safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the property Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely processing of linens, uniforms, and guest clothing with attention to detail Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and janitorial equipment, placing orders as needed Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations Lead efforts in commercial cleaning projects or special event preparations to ensure pristine environments at all times Requirements Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality or hotel settings Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of cleaning professionals Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment Background in laundry operations and custodial services is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail to uphold cleanliness standards consistently Leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills to foster teamwork and accountability Prior hotel or hospitality industry experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for service excellence is essential Join us in creating welcoming environments where cleanliness meets excellence!
