Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, floor care, and guest room maintenance Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to uphold quality standards and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to brand standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens to optimize resources and reduce waste Develop work schedules that meet operational needs while promoting staff development and work-life balance Address guest requests or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Implement health and safety procedures to maintain a clean, safe working environment for all team members Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environments Strong background in cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial services Familiarity with hotel operations, hospitality standards, and guest service excellence Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of custodial practices, safety regulations, and inventory management Previous experience with housekeeping supervision or supervisory roles in janitorial or custodial settings is highly preferred Join us in creating memorable experiences by leading a dedicated team committed to cleanliness excellence!
