Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Laundry Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. In this role, you will oversee laundry operations, supervise staff, and ensure that all linens and uniforms are processed promptly and to our quality standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. Responsibilities Supervise daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens, towels, and uniforms Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and supplies Develop schedules for laundry staff to optimize workflow and coverage during peak times Monitor quality control to guarantee linens are clean, fresh, and meet hotel standards Train new team members on laundry procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation Maintain accurate records of laundry inventory, usage, and maintenance logs Qualifications Proven supervising or management experience in laundry services or custodial roles within hospitality or hotel environments Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, and laundry processes Experience in housekeeping management or janitorial services preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control and record keeping Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to cleanliness and guest service excellence Join us at Perdido Beach Resort where your leadership will help deliver an exceptional guest experience through spotless linens and impeccable cleanliness!
