Develop and implement cleaning schedules, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols aligned with industry best practices. Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to uphold sanitation standards. Strong knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and stakeholders seamlessly. Experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is highly desirable. Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience with laundry services or commercial cleaning is a plus.
