Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality or commercial facility. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure that all areas meet our high standards for hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire a team committed to maintaining a pristine environment that enhances the overall experience for visitors and staff alike. Duties Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of all designated areas Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and safety procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations Supervise daily cleaning activities including laundry services Monitor sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and customer service expectations Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement needs to support seamless operations Perform housekeeping duties daily in assigned rooms to Wyndham standards Inspect weekly long-term tenants and clean rooms to housekeeping standards Stock housekeeping carts, linen, and amenities throughout the day Requirements Proven experience in custodial or hospitality management with a focus on housekeeping operations Strong supervisory skills with previous experience supervising teams in industrial or commercial cleaning environments Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and coordinate with other departments Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation Customer service orientation to ensure guest satisfaction through cleanliness excellence Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Head Housekeeper to lead a dedicated team in creating spotless environments that leave lasting impressions.
