Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests. Ensures proper departmental staffing and timely/thorough cleanliness of all facilities is maintained. Oversees the preparation and publication of work schedules to ensure proper cleaning coverage throughout the enterprise. Maintains cleaning supplies inventory. Maintains Ensures and staff is knowledgeable of commercial cleaning methods, technologies, and best practices, and implements appropriate improvements. Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations. Maintains, updates, and distributes Safety Data Sheets, policies, and procedures properly. Responsible for supply orders to ensure that all workers have the necessary materials to properly perform their job duties. Responsible for safety, maintenance checks and repairs on all equipment to ensure that it is working properly. Oversees departmental budget and maintains fiscal responsibility. Ensures that current and new employees are thoroughly trained regarding cleaning duties, proper equipment operation and safe and effective chemical usage. Responsible for mentoring and developing Pathways Mentorship Program participants to successfully transition to management levels positions. Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness. Performs other special projects and duties as assigned. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Four (4) years of commercial cleaning experience required. Four (4) years supervisory experience required Knowledge of and skill in commercial cleaning techniques and application. Knowledge and comprehension of Safety Data Sheets. Knowledge of OSHA required commercial cleaning safety practices. Ability to perform the
