Guest Room Supervisor | Lead the Team. Elevate the Stay. Are you an experienced housekeeping leader who knows how to keep operations running smoothly while bringing out the best in your team? We're looking for a Guest Room Supervisor who can take ownership of daily housekeeping operations, maintain exceptional cleanliness standards, and create a positive experience for both guests and associates. As Guest Room Supervisor, you'll oversee guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces while leading and developing the housekeeping team. You'll manage scheduling, inventory, performance, safety, and daily operational priorities while working closely with other departments to deliver the level of hospitality our guests expect. Personal Time Off (PTO) and Vacation benefits What You'll Do Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, laundry, and public spaces Plan and organize housekeeping schedules to ensure appropriate staffing and coverage based on occupancy and business demands Coordinate daily room assignments and adjust priorities based on arrivals, departures, and changing guest needs Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are consistently maintained Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to housekeeping associates Train and develop team members on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, safety practices, and service expectations Enforce safety and cleanliness standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Collaborate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs, special requests, and operational concerns Handle escalated housekeeping-related guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution Monitor housekeeping inventory and order linens, amenities, cleaning products, and operational supplies as needed Oversee laundry operations and ensure linens are properly cleaned, maintained, and inventoried Lead by example and step into daily housekeeping responsibilities when additional support is needed What Makes You Successful High school diploma or equivalent preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience required 3+ years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred Advanced knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop associates Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with associates, guests, leadership, and other departments Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, inventory, administrative responsibilities, and competing priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and brand standards Basic computer skills for scheduling, inventory management, recordkeeping, and communication Ability to work weekends and holidays as necessary Physical Requirements This position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the property, along with regular bending, stooping, reaching, sitting, and standing. The Guest Room Supervisor must also be able to use proper body mechanics and lifting techniques to occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
