Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the facility, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
1. Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff. 2. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. 3. Inspect and ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities. 4. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. 5. Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Monitor and maintain budget for housekeeping department. 7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. 8. Enforce safety regulations and protocols to provide a safe environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in housekeeping management or similar role. 2. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products. 6. A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality service. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
