We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our environmental services team at our skilled nursing facility.

Compensation:

$25 - $30 per hour (based on experience) - Full-time position with comprehensive benefits As our Housekeeping Supervisor , you'll play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. You'll lead a dedicated team of housekeeping professionals while ensuring our facility meets the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations throughout the facility Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and healthcare regulations Conduct regular inspections and quality audits of all areas Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to meet facility needs Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and environmental concerns Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

What We're Looking For Required:

Previous experience in healthcare facility or hospital EVS (Environmental Services)

Required:

Proven supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of infection control practices and cleaning protocols Excellent communication and team management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Physical ability to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
