In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction within our hospitality environment. Your leadership will ensure that every space reflects the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and professionalism, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Duties Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure consistent delivery of cleaning, laundry, and custodial services across all areas of the property Develop and implement cleaning schedules, protocols, and quality standards aligned with hospitality industry best practices Oversee daily operations including room cleaning, public area maintenance, laundry services, and janitorial tasks to uphold cleanliness standards Train, motivate, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance team focused on efficiency and guest satisfaction Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment to optimize resources and control costs Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness levels, safety compliance, and overall presentation of the property Collaborate with management to address guest requests or concerns promptly while maintaining a positive environment for staff Qualifications Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotel or hospitality settings Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning equipment, laundry operations, and janitorial best practices Previous hotel experience preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is highly advantageous Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience in housekeeper management systems or related software is a plus Join us as an Executive Housekeeper and become an essential part of delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and outstanding leadership.
