Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks across all areas of the property Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure efficient performance and high-quality service delivery Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and cleaning standards to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, safety practices, and customer service expectations Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial services within hospitality or commercial settings Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, janitorial work, and sanitation management Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly with staff at all levels Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols Experience in managing laundry operations and maintaining high standards of hygiene in hospitality environments Familiarity with management practices for team supervision, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency Previous experience overseeing commercial or industrial cleaning projects is highly desirable Join us in creating a welcoming environment where cleanliness meets excellence!
