In this role, you will inspect guest rooms after they've been serviced by Housekeepers to ensure they meet Hyatt's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Previous housekeeping experience is essential, as you'll be evaluating quality and consistency with a keen eye for detail. You'll work closely with Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, and the Front Desk team, acting as a key liaison to ensure rooms are released in a timely manner for guest arrivals—including resort guests, owners, and VIPs. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and has excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The pay rate for this position is $19.00 - $22.80 hourly. This is the pay rate for this position that Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
