Responsibilities Assist in supervising the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms and hotel facilities meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and support to housekeeping team members while ensuring productivity goals and guest satisfaction objectives are achieved. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles within hospitality or commercial settings. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations applicable to industrial and commercial cleaning environments. Excellent managerial communication skills to coordinate teams and liaise with other departments effectively. Familiarity with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
