• Full-Time, Hourly About Chateau Hospitality Chateau Hospitality is a locally owned and managed hospitality company operating boutique hotels along California's Central Coast, including La Serena Inn and Masterpiece Hotel in Morro Bay.

The Role We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping teams across both La Serena Inn and Masterpiece Hotel. You'll set the standard for cleanliness and guest comfort at both properties, keep your teams scheduled and supplied, and be the go-to person when a guest issue needs a fast, professional resolution. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows housekeeping inside and out and is ready to manage people, not just rooms — across two locations. What You'll Do

• Oversee housekeeping staff and operations at both La Serena Inn and Masterpiece Hotel
• Build and manage staff schedules across both properties
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are consistently met
• Order and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory for both properties
• Resolve guest issues and concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of housekeeping experience
• A valid driver's license (this role requires regular travel between both properties)
• Comfort with an active, on-your-feet role, including regular lifting, bending, and reaching Nice to Have
• Prior experience leading a housekeeping team Compensation & Benefits $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
