The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels in all areas of the property.

• Duties include:
• + Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the hotel's housekeeping operations + Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans + Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry supplies and pars + See that inspection and deep clean programs are consistently maintained + Ensure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed + Work closely with all other Departments + Daily inspection of guest rooms and public areas + Experience purchasing linens and housekeeping supplies + Work closely with vendors to ensure proper pricing, delivery, and maintenance + Experience teaching, supervising, and mentoring multilingual and multicultural staff + Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are adhered to + Experience with special needs of VIP Guests is very helpful + Attain cleanliness and customer service goals + Coach and counsel employees to reflect Hyatt service standards and procedures •What are the additional benefits of working at the

• Wage Information:

• The expected salary range for this position is $70,720 - $85,000

• Qualifications
• + Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.

+ 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt). + Housekeeping Management experience preferred + Service oriented style with professional presentation skills + Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line + Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills + Experience with training, basic financial management and customer service + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment, including guests, associates, management team and owners. + Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and be flexible to work AM/PM shifts according to business demands. + Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight + Ability to stand and walk for long periods
