Up to $27/hr on W2 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced housekeeping supervisor to oversee environmental services operations in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining cleanliness, safety, quality standards, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, orient, and evaluate housekeeping and environmental services staff. Assign daily duties and coordinate work schedules, holidays, and vacations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout assigned areas. Conduct quality assurance inspections and address cleanliness concerns promptly. Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of cleaning supplies and chemicals. Monitor equipment use, cleaning, and maintenance. Maintain accurate records, logbooks, and required documentation. Support compliance with healthcare facility policies and accreditation standards. Promote teamwork, employee morale, and a safe working environment. Address customer concerns professionally and implement corrective actions when needed. Assist housekeeping staff with daily duties as necessary. Monitor supply usage and support budgeting and cost-control activities. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of related experience in environmental services or supervision in a service-related field. High school diploma, GED, or higher education. Knowledge of floor care procedures and techniques. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to supervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and promote teamwork. Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally. Understanding of budgeting and profit-and-loss concepts. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree preferred. Previous healthcare housekeeping or environmental services supervisory experience is beneficial. Additional Information Variable schedule. Experience:
