Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. In this role, you will lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of sanitation, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining a welcoming, hygienic environment that aligns with industry best practices and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive custodial experience, and a commitment to excellence in hospitality and cleanliness standards. Shift 11:00 pm - 7:30 am Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, sanitation, laundry, and janitorial tasks, ensuring all duties are performed efficiently and to high standards. Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and customer service expectations. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to sanitation standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to ensure operational readiness. Enforce safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Address guest or client inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement quality control measures and develop strategies for continuous improvement in cleaning processes. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, leadership, and motivation. Experience Proven supervisory experience in housekeeping or custodial management within hospitality, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning environments. Extensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, safety regulations, and management of janitorial services. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of service quality. Strong understanding of management principles related to team supervision and customer service. Experience with laundry operations and hospitality industry standards is preferred. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train staff and coordinate with other departments. Prior experience in managing cleaning & sanitation operations within commercial or institutional settings is highly desirable.

Pay:

$25.61 - $28.00 per hour
