Qualifications Proven experience in Hospitality business cleaning with a strong background in commercial or hospitality environments. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management practices. Strong leadership skills with excellent managerial communication abilities. Experience in managing janitorial operations, laundry services, and overall housekeeping functions. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on team supervision and management.
