In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Duties Lead and supervise the EVS team to ensure high standards of cleaning, sanitation, and safety across all facilities. Develop and implement comprehensive cleaning protocols aligned with industry best practices and safety regulations. Oversee daily operations including janitorial services, laundry management, waste disposal, and specialized industrial cleaning tasks. Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and foster professional development within the team. Ensure compliance with health codes, sanitation standards, OSHA regulations, and other safety policies. Coordinate with facility management to address maintenance needs related to cleanliness and sanitation equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests and maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial management or environmental services within healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings. Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation procedures, and janitorial operations. Demonstrated staff supervision skills with experience managing large teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards. Excellent managerial communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments.
