A Housekeeping or Environmental Services Supervisor supervises the staff that provide cleaning and housekeeping services, primarily for rooms and bathrooms in hotels and hospitals. May also work in office buildings, colleges, other institutions or private residences with a large housekeeping staff.

The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall leadership and execution of housekeeping operations across private residences, cottages, cabins, townhomes, and managed association properties. This role oversees staffing, vendor management, budgeting, quality control, and homeowner services while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

$75k to $90K DOE What You'll Do Staff Management Recruit, hire, train, and terminate housekeeping staff Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Oversee payroll, timesheets, scheduling, and overtime control Supervise in-house staff, HOA teams, and third-party vendors Maintain HR documentation and compliance Manage uniforms and supplies Continuously improve procedures, efficiency, and cost control Residential Housekeeping Operations Develop and maintain cleaning standards and procedures Train lead and line staff on daily and deep-clean processes Schedule and oversee deep clean programs and vendor services Create daily schedules and weekly forecasts Conduct quality inspections and ensure service standards Manage owner requests and work orders through IQWare Approve vendor invoices and track billing Coordinate with Concierge and Owner Services teams Manage supplies, linens, and housekeeping inventory Association (HOA) Housekeeping Supervise cleaning of shared/common areas Schedule daily services and arrival preparation Create staff schedules two weeks in advance Assign daily work based on budget considerations Conduct regular inspections of common areas Manage inventory and ordering for association properties Inventory Control Maintain accurate inventory records Order supplies and manage purchase orders Track missing or damaged items and coordinate replacements Conduct monthly inventory audits Bill owners/guests for damages or materials where applicable Coordinate warranties and vendor returns Homeowner Services Assist with monthly owner statements and billing inquiries Respond to homeowner questions and resolve issues Coordinate linen and houseware installations Support guest and owner arrivals when needed Additional Duties Participate in special projects and cross-functional support as needed Assist other departments during peak operational demands Core Service Standards All employees are expected to: Maintain professionalism, appearance, and positive attitude Deliver exceptional guest service (greeting, engagement, follow-through) Take ownership of guest and owner concerns Demonstrate knowledge of the property and local area About You High School Diploma or GED required Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with computer systems and administrative tools Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Benefits & Perks Health Insurance - Choose from three plans!
