The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department and ensure our guests experience exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality every day. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining high standards, developing strong teams, and creating an environment where both associates and guests thrive. What You'll Do As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the housekeeping department, including: Directing all housekeeping and laundry operations Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing housekeeping associates Conducting daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas Ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards and company expectations Managing labor costs, productivity, and departmental budgets Maintaining inventory controls and ordering supplies Coordinating room readiness with the Front Office team to maximize guest satisfaction Partnering with Maintenance to address repair and preventative maintenance needs Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and OSHA requirements Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives Building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred Hilton brand experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience managing labor budgets, inventories, and productivity standards Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Benefits & Perks Competitive salary Bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Hilton Team Member Travel Program Career advancement opportunities within a growing hospitality organization Supportive and collaborative work environment
