This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As a leader in hospitality management, you will foster a positive team environment while maintaining efficient cleaning processes that enhance our guests' experience. Your expertise in custodial services, industrial and commercial cleaning, and sanitation management will drive operational excellence and uphold our commitment to cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping activities to ensure spotless, sanitized, and well-maintained environments across the property. Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality service aligned with company standards. Develop cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize efficiency and accountability. Implement and enforce safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, equipment use, and sanitation practices to protect staff and guests. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, and other facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellent customer service within the housekeeping department. Requirements Proven experience in custodial services with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning environments. At Least 2 years experience in a leadership position. Demonstrated supervisory experience with a track record of managing teams effectively in hospitality or related sectors. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and cleaning & sanitation management best practices. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across diverse settings. Experience in hospitality or housekeeper management roles is highly desirable. Ability to motivate staff, resolve conflicts promptly, and uphold high customer service standards.
