Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Lead/Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facility. This leadership role involves supervising housekeeping staff, managing cleaning operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules and task assignments Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols Monitor cleaning processes to maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Implement efficient cleaning & sanitation management practices tailored to industrial, commercial, or hospitality environments Address guest or client concerns promptly with professional customer service skills Enforce safety regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Collaborate with management to develop staffing schedules that meet operational needs Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, and staff performance Experience Proven supervisory experience in custodial or housekeeping roles within industrial, commercial, or hospitality settings Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations Experience managing teams of housekeeping or custodial staff with effective leadership skills Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Strong communication skills for managerial coordination and customer interaction Background in managing cleaning & sanitation operations in diverse environments Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail If you are a motivated leader with a passion for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards while fostering team growth, we encourage you to apply.
