Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee the cleanliness and sanitation standards across our hospitality facility. Responsibilities Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation Coordinate cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize efficiency and quality Train and develop housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and use of cleaning equipment Oversee the handling of chemical agents, ensuring compliance with safety data sheets (SDS) and proper chemical handling protocols Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, laundry areas, and other facilities to uphold sanitation standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuuming tools, floor care products, and janitorial materials Enforce hotel emergency procedures related to sanitation incidents or safety hazards while maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests Requirements Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial experience within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of floor cleaning techniques, floor care maintenance, and janitorial best practices Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation such as vacuums, buffers, and other floor care tools Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards guest satisfaction and team collaboration Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks and manual handling required for cleaning supplies and equipment Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures related to sanitation or safety incidents Prior experience with hotel housekeeping management systems is preferred but not mandatory Join our team as a Housekeeping Manager to lead a dedicated staff in delivering exceptional cleanliness standards that delight our guests.
