Job Description
Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, the incumbent assists in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within our hotels. Ensures smooth and efficient housekeeping operations and top quality guest service. Two (2) years of housekeeping supervisory experience required. Must possess proven leadership ability necessary to provide general guidance to subordinate personnel and develop short-term goals. Must possess strong interpersonal skills necessary for verbal and written communication to subordinates, guests and other management. Required to become proficient with department specific computer programs. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle the 24/7 demands of a casino. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
