Role:

V2 Capital Norwalk LLC Hotel Group is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations in Norwalk, CT. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to maintain optimal team performance Conduct routine room inspections and quality control checks to uphold brand standards Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, including ordering and cost control Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure timely room turnovers and resolve guest concerns Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols in accordance with health and hospitality regulations Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

2+ years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience in a hotel or hospitality setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, sanitation standards, and safety regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability is a bonus Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts
