Job Overview Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekend availability required. Position Overview A private family in Ridgefield, CT is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their established household team. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional with experience maintaining luxury homes and providing exceptional household service. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence to the highest standards.
- Manage household laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.
- Care for fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and specialty surfaces.
- Polish silver and maintain luxury household items.
- Prepare guest rooms and accommodations.
- Set formal tables and assist with dinner service when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the household staff across multiple residences on the property.
- Monitor household supplies and maintain organization throughout the home. Qualifications
- 5+ years of Executive Housekeeper experience in a private home or luxury estate.
- Legal to work in the USA
- Experience working in fully staffed residences.
- Knowledge of fine laundry, wardrobe care, silver polishing, and formal table setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, proactive, and discreet.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
