Position Overview A private family in Ridgefield, CT is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join their established household team. This is a hands-on role for a detail-oriented professional with experience maintaining luxury homes and providing exceptional household service. Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the residence to the highest standards.
• Manage household laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.
• Care for fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and specialty surfaces.
• Polish silver and maintain luxury household items.
• Prepare guest rooms and accommodations.
• Set formal tables and assist with dinner service when needed.
• Work collaboratively with the household staff across multiple residences on the property.
• Monitor household supplies and maintain organization throughout the home. Qualifications
• 5+ years of Executive Housekeeper experience in a private home or luxury estate.
• ⁠Legal to work in the USA
• Experience working in fully staffed residences.
• Knowledge of fine laundry, wardrobe care, silver polishing, and formal table setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Professional, proactive, and discreet.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
