This is a working manager position , meaning you will spend part of your week cleaning alongside the team and part of your week handling day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, great with people, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You don't need to know everything on day one — we will train the right person on our systems and the Maidorganic way of doing things.
What You'll Do:
Clean approximately 20-25 hours per week , depending on the schedule Manage customer and employee schedules Answer company calls, texts, voicemails, and emails Help with hiring and interviewing new cleaners Train and coach cleaning staff Monitor cleaning quality, efficiency, and job times Help handle employee call-outs and schedule changes Assist customers with questions or concerns Check employee hours and assist with payroll Order and organize cleaning supplies Help oversee company vehicles and equipment Keep the Florida office organized Help with other day-to-day needs of the Florida operation
What We're Looking For:

Pay:
$23.00 per hour to start , with a 90-day performance and training review for potential increase to $24.00 per hour.
