Duties Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily cleaning operations across all hotel or facility areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff, providing guidance on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage for shifts, special events, or peak times while maintaining labor efficiency. Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards through regular inspections and training sessions. Laundry, cleaning rooms, and public areas. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and custodial equipment to ensure smooth operational flow. Address guest requests or complaints promptly with professionalism and a focus on delivering exceptional service. Assist in training new team members on cleaning techniques, safety practices, and company policies to uphold high-quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hospitality housekeeping management with a strong focus on sanitation and safety regulations. Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within industrial cleaning or commercial cleaning environments. Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles; capable of motivating staff and coordinating teams effectively. Knowledge of janitorial practices, laundry operations, and sanitation management in hospitality settings. Ability to lead by example in adhering to safety regulations while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and guest satisfaction. Previous experience supervising staff in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
