Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor We are seeking a reliable Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor to help lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. This is a hands-on role that requires assisting with staff supervision, inspecting rooms and common areas, cleaning rooms when needed, supporting laundry operations, and providing leadership coverage as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assist with supervising housekeeping staff and daily assignments Inspect guest rooms and common areas for cleanliness and quality Clean rooms as needed based on operational demands Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and linen distribution Help maintain cleaning supply and linen inventory Run the housekeeping shift independently on Saturday and Sunday Provide shift coverage when the Team Assistant Supervisor has requested time off Support a positive, efficient team environment

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to perform physical cleaning and laundry duties Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday Must be able to manage and run the shift independently on weekends and any shift scheduled as Asst. Supervisor. Reliable attendance is required Must have dependable transportation Must be able to maintain consistent attendance and schedule reliability
