Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and safety protocols aligned with sanitation regulations and industry best practices. Monitor the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and cost-effective management. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and customer service expectations. Manage staffing levels effectively to meet operational demands while promoting a positive team culture. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed. Skills Proven experience in custodial services, industrial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with a focus on sanitation and safety regulations. Strong staff supervision skills with demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight, team coordination, and customer service interactions. In-depth knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, janitorial practices, laundry operations, and sanitation management. Ability to develop efficient cleaning & sanitation management plans that adhere to health standards. Experience in managing safety protocols related to industrial cleaning equipment and hazardous materials handling. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
