This role supervises staff, assigns tasks, conducts inspections, and provides training to maintain a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff in daily operations. Assign cleaning duties and inspect work to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens; coordinate orders as needed. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assist in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating housekeeping team members. Address and resolve resident, guest, or staff concerns related to housekeeping services. Maintain records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and staff performance. Coordinate special cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management promptly. Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and service excellence. Full-Time 7am-5pm Compensation up to $22 DOE
