The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custodial services, hotel housekeeping management, and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and providing training and support to staff. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards. Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while maintaining quality standards. Address guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel or facility. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and incident reports. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial services or hotel housekeeping management is required. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and hospitality standards. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is preferred.
