Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules and staff assignments Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service excellence Monitor the use of cleaning equipment, chemical agents, and supplies, ensuring proper handling and storage in compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections of clients , public spaces, and back-of-house areas to uphold quality standards Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, including vacuuming tools, floor care machinery, and janitorial supplies Drive from one location to another Skills Extensive experience in houses cleaning management or custodial services with a focus on hospitality environments Proficiency in floor cleaning, industrial cleaning techniques, and general janitorial practices Strong knowledge of chemical handling, sanitation standards, and safety data sheets (SDS) compliance Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and other floor care machinery effectively Skilled in manual handling tasks including heavy lifting related to cleaning supplies or equipment transportation You must have your own vehicle.
