We're currently seeking a passionate and engaging Rooms Training Manager to lead the onboarding, training, and development of our Rooms team. This role is instrumental in ensuring our team members have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to consistently deliver exceptional service while embodying the values and culture of 1 Hotels. The ideal candidate understands the importance of meaningful training and development, has a strong eye for service and quality, and is passionate about creating learning experiences that translate into exceptional guest experiences. This position works closely with Rooms leadership and People Operations to identify training opportunities, develop effective learning programs, and continuously elevate our service standards.
