This hands-on role is responsible for coordinating cleaning crews and specialty vendors, inspecting completed work, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, organizing household spaces and supplies, and ensuring each residence is consistently clean, stocked, orderly, and ready for principals, family members, and guests. The ideal candidate has a strong background in private residences, luxury hospitality, estates, yachts, or high-end housekeeping environments. They are fluent in English and Spanish, highly detail-oriented, professional, discreet, and comfortable managing both people and processes. Inspect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, living areas, guest rooms, laundry rooms, storage areas, garages, terraces, and other household spaces. Prepare residences for owner arrivals, family visits, guests, entertaining, special events, and short-notice requests. Coordinate housekeeping around maintenance work, contractor visits, deliveries, pest control, events, and family schedules. Report maintenance, safety, or property-condition concerns discovered during inspections, including leaks, appliance issues, water damage, pest activity, lighting failures, damaged finishes, and HVAC concerns. Train and supervise in-house housekeepers or cleaning personnel as assigned, including expectations for cleanliness, appearance, etiquette, product use, organization, safety, and confidentiality. Communicate clearly with English- and Spanish-speaking staff and vendors to ensure instructions and standards are understood. Prior experience coordinating cleaning services, supervising housekeepers or cleaning crews, managing vendors, or conducting detailed inspections. Fluency in English and Spanish , both spoken and written, is required. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify cleaning, presentation, organization, supply, and maintenance issues quickly. Strong organizational, time-management, scheduling, communication, and follow-through skills. Experience creating or working with cleaning checklists, inspection reports, inventory lists, household manuals, and recurring service schedules. Knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods and products for high-end finishes, including natural stone, fine wood, glass, stainless steel, luxury appliances, delicate fabrics, and fine furnishings. Comfortable using email, text messaging, shared calendars, photos, spreadsheets, task-management systems, and digital checklists. Professional appearance, demeanor, and service-oriented communication style. Strong judgment, discretion, reliability, and respect for private property and confidential information. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally between assigned properties. Flexibility to accommodate changing household schedules, family arrivals, guests, events, and occasional last-minute requests. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate is proactive, hands-on, and dependable. They can walk into a residence and immediately identify what needs attention—whether it is a missed cleaning detail, an unorganized closet, low supplies, a guest room requiring preparation, or a maintenance concern that needs to be reported. They are comfortable leading vendors and housekeeping staff while also stepping in personally when needed.
