Join Canada House Resort as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make every stay memorable. In this dynamic role, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, safe, and guest-ready at all times. You'll lead by example—coaching and supporting your team, conducting detailed inspections, and stepping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort success.
Pay:
$18.50/hr What You'll Do Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure top-tier cleanliness and service standards Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues Provide hands-on support with room cleans, deep cleaning projects, and special assignments Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations Train and coach team members on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company expectations Develop and execute deep-cleaning schedules to maintain long-term quality Partner with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operations Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns, ensuring satisfaction and follow-through Support leadership with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects Act as a key point of contact during emergencies and operational needs What We're Looking For 1-3 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality (resort or timeshare experience preferred) Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge of safety standards, MSDS, and proper chemical handling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Vacatia?
