PM Valid Driver's License Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to help ensure our vacation rental properties are guest-ready between reservations in the Cape San Blas and Port St. Joe area.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties prior to guest arrivals. Identify and report maintenance, housekeeping, and property condition issues. Verify that homes meet company quality standards and are fully prepared for incoming guests. Communicate inspection findings accurately and promptly. Perform light cleaning and touch-up tasks as needed to ensure guest readiness.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties. Basic knowledge of property maintenance and housekeeping standards is preferred. Dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
