Job Description

Overview:
A Kolter Hospitality Housekeeping Supervisor delivers service excellence to our guests and ensures the creation of a larger than home, welcoming experience. This position is responsible for daily supervision of cleaning and assists in administration of Housekeeping services in safe and efficient manner. _____________________________________________________________________________________
Performance Expectations:
Supervise the housekeeping staff Break out the house and provide team with daily assignments Evaluate the staff's job performance and coach and counsel as necessary. Clearly communicate the standards of performance and ensure all required training occurs. Perform and supervise the cleaning and inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house. Ensure compliance with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards. Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory. Follow proper lost and found procedures for items left behind in a guest room. Report any items in need of repair. Follow all safety procedures while working.

General Requirements:
Able to work most weekends and holidays. Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
Experience:
Previous experience overseeing/directing a team. Hotel experience a plus.
Education:
None Physical Requirements:
