Duties Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring all housekeeping staff adhere to established sanitation and safety regulations Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to verify cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation Provide guidance and training to housekeeping team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and custodial equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency Enforce compliance with health and safety protocols related to industrial cleaning, sanitation management, and hazardous material handling Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inspection results, staff performance, and operational improvements Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience Experience Proven experience in cleaning services or custodial work within a hospitality or commercial environment Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience in a janitorial or housekeeping setting Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety regulations applicable to large-scale cleaning operations Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for managing staff and coordinating tasks effectively Familiarity with laundry operations, hospitality standards, and housekeeper management practices is preferred Ability to perform detailed inspections while maintaining a lively, motivated attitude toward team development Prior experience in managing sanitation procedures for both routine cleaning and specialized industrial or commercial cleaning projects This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to lead by example while ensuring our facilities shine!
